Per ticket plan is simple, just pay for number of tickets and live chats handled by our team in a month. It is ideal for web hosting companies and web hosting resellers who have low volume of support tickets. It provides you complete support for your customers issues through helpdesk tickets and live chats. We maintain utmost anonymity while handling chats or tickets. We provide you Level1 and Level2 support under this plan. No server monitoring task or server administration task is done under this plan. But you can always club this plan with any Server management Services.

Per Server Plan :

This plan provides you unlimited support at an unbelievably low price. We solve any number of tickets for clients hosted on the server. A ticket is a request through email, helpdesk or a chat. There is just a flat fee per server per month which gets you support for unlimited customer issues – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Complete anonymity is maintained while handling the requests. Our helpdesk team provides 1st Level and 2nd Level support coverage round-the-clock.

This plan is ideal for companies having high number of helpdesk requests but has a fixed budget.

Shared Tech :

In Shared tech plan our technicians will be working on your helpdesk tickets and live chats but with along with other projects in same shift. As the technician is shared the cost too gets shared and thus you get your work done at a cheaper rate. A shared tech does not get more than 3 projects at a time. This plan is ideal for you if you don't have much tickets and chats but need need everything handled. Even if the technician is handling multiple projects at a time he is trained well to keep all projects at equal priority.

Dedicated Tech :

We say, this is the best plan for your growing business. Dedicated technicians who will work only for you in the designated shift. Our expert team will handle helpdesk tickets, live support chats, server monitoring etc. We will take care of both your servers and support system.

Expert technicians will be working exclusively for you. Team will be familiar with your service systems and clients as they will work only for you. Our team is able to handle support (Tier1, Tier2, and Tier3), pre sales and billing queries.

*You will get dedicated staff which will be only working for you. The benefit of this is they will be familiar with your clients, issues etc. Your clients will not feel that they are at a different place.
